Would anyone know why excel 2016 works perfectly without JET essentials when double clicking attachments out of outlook. A colleague double clicks a spreadsheet in an e-mail and it opens but not to full screen. When we disable the JET add-in, it works perfectly. Very puzzling.
I'd love to know if anyone has experienced this and if there is any advice out there.
I just installed Jet Essentials 2015 Update 1 15.1.16119.0 (32-bit) on his machine.
Regards,
Nathan.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hello Nathan -
As it appears that no one else has encountered this experience, I thought I'd give it a try.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to duplicate what you describe. In testing with Office 2016, whenever I double-click on an Excel attachment from within Outlook, Excel opens in whatever state (maximized or not) it was in when I last closed Excel. This happens regardless of whether or not I have the Jet add-in enabled within Excel.
If this is causing an actual problem for your colleague (does it only occur for one person?), you may need to contact Jet Reports Technical Support to see if they have any suggestions. -
Jet Reports Historic Posts Thanks for your effort.
It works perfectly on my machine. Only 1 or 2 colleagues have failures.
I'll contact the JET technical support as you suggested and if we find a solution I'll post it.
Thanks,
Nathan -
