NL Filtering using Filter Value of another field

HI There,

I have a table with two date fields, Starting Date, and Cancellation Date.
I would like to filter the table for records where the Cancellation Date is less than the Starting Date, I've made an attempt below but no luck
=nl("rows","service contract line",,"contract type","Contract","Active Scheduled","Yes","Cancellation Date","<"&"=NF(,""Starting Date""))

Or vice versa, Starting Date is Greater than Cancellation date.
