I need to create a report of inventory transfers into a location from a particular location. I am using the Item Ledger Table and have established that you can filter on the Entry No. (Minus one) and that will find the preceding entry which in most cases is the journal for the "From" location. But this is not always the case. Maybe I am using the wrong table or the from & to location are stored elsewhere, would welcome any advice. We are using Nav 2009 R2

However, if you are using transfer orders, I think you get from Item Ledger to Transfer Receipt Line (linking on document number). that has the transfer from location.
How are you transferring the items? -
Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi Adam, thanks for the reply. Most of our locations are "Virtual" so we use item reclass journals to do the movements.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Don't know if you have a screen shot. But I'm thinking that if these are different lines within a journal, you're not going to have an obvious answer.
Can you set it up so that every transfer (to and from) has a unique document number?
