Hello, I've created a report using Jet Professional and sent the excel document to a colleague who has Jet Express installed. When he opens the report it looks fine - complete with data. When he attempts to run the report by hitting "Refresh" he does not get any data. Otherwise, he often creates his own "reports" using Table Builder and has no issues. We are using with Dynamics NAV 2015. We are new to both NAV and Jet, so I am not sure if after I create a report with Professional - that others that I send to (those without a Jet Professional key) are "allowed" to run/refresh at will? (We are not publishing to Web Portal.) Also, it is odd that he is able to open the report with the Design button and access/modify the functions. Thanks for any help! Mags

Since it is not necessary to use a license with this version, all Jet Express users are all able to design reports.
Regarding the issue of refreshing the report and not getting any data records returned, is the user configured to connect to the same NAV database that you have setup on your machine?
If so, if the user opens the Jet Data Source Settings, clicks the Test Connection button on the NAV data source is the connection successful?
