Hi: On Windows 10, Office 2016 and Jet 2017 R2 16.1.17061.0 (32 bit). Company just upgraded Adobe to 2015.006.3036 Acrobat Standard DC. Prior to some update push, I was able to save my Jet reports to pdf without issue. However, since that update, the adobe output is not working. Anyone else having this issue?

Harry Lewis I have not seen any reported issues in regarding to saving Excel 2016 files as PDF. What happens when you try to save one of your Excel workbooks as PDF?

Kimberly Berry Hi...thanks for the response. When I prompted to save as PDF, the procedure ran (I could see the motions on the screen), but then it just stopped and the file was not saved. I tried multiple options with the same result. Then, I downloaded the R3 update and it fixed the problem. I honestly think it was the adobe update that caused the problem. Not sure why R3 fixed it, but it's working now.
