With Excel 2010 and Jet reports Pro I am having a problem with certain excel reports. On the step "pre-extracting duplicate data" Excel will just hang. This does not happen on all user pcs with the same versions of excel and jet. Any help would be appreciated.

If you are able to duplicate this, at will, I would suggest submitting a request to Jet Reports Technical Support. They will probably have you create a log file of what is happening so that they can examine it.
