Please can you assist which functions I can use to return a single purchase receipt no. if this receipt no. is repeated several times in the item ledger entry table.
For examples;
PR100001, entry no. 1;
PR100001, entry no. 2
PR100001, entry no. 3
I want Jet to return only one PR100001.

If you use an NL("Rows") function to return just the number field you are interested in (not an entire record), it will return only unique values.

Thanks for getting back to me, I use NL (rows) but is returning the Document No. i.e. the receipt no. And if there are multiple purchase lines in the same posted receipt, Jet is repeating the Receipt No. for each item ledger entry line. What I want to do is if the Posted Receipt No. is duplicated in the Item Ledger entry, Jet should return only one Posted Receipt No.

I want to link Purchase Receipt to a posted invoice. Value entry table established link but because it has Item ledger entry no. for each receipt line, jet is returning the receipt no. multiple times. If receipt no. linked to the same posted invoice, I want to return PR0000064 and PR0000065 .

I would start by creating an NL Filter function on the Options tab based on the ILE =NL("Filter","Item Ledger Entry","Document No.","Document Type","Purchase Receipt") . I will then use this as a filter for my Receipts
