Is there any way to embed report contents in email body without losing formats ?

When using the Jet Scheduler, you can use any named range for the email body.
Thus, you could have a named ranged that encompasses and entire report sheet.

Embedding a report in the body of an email although the functionality is there even with using Named Ranges, the outcome is not great. We have tested this with SMTP and Outlook and both outcomes are not as great as one would hope.
Your best option is still to use the normal method of having the report attached to the email. I suspect it is how the email system converts the data in Excel in order to store it as an embedded item in Outlook or SMTP.
