Hello,
we have several reports and sometimes we encounter an issue where the excel data link JetReports.xlam is replaced with JetReports1.xls. Also all formulas looking like "=-GL(….)" become "=-JetReports1!GL(….)".
We are using the latest Jet Express with Office 2013 32-bit.
Any clues ?
Best Regards,
Jean

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hello Jean,
Are these files being saved to a network directory or to your local PC.
Sometimes I see this happen when users save their files directly to a mapped network drive.
Usually what I recommend is to copy the file down to the local C:\ drive and open the file from there.
Click on the Excel Data tab > Edit Links.
Ensure that the link is correct and if not, click "Change Source…" and point to the 'JetReports.xlam' (C:\Program Files (x86)\JetReports\JetReports.xlam).
Save the file back to the C:\ drive and then copy it back up to the network directory.
If that doesn't resolve the issue then I would suggest attaching a screenshot to better illustrate what you are seeing on your machine.
Best regards,

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hello MWilson,
You're right! The reports are on a team network directory, but they can be assigned to only one user. I will suggest to put them locally and do some sync.
Thank you,
Jean
