Has anyone managed to get the scheduler to work with anything but Outlook? We were originally told that it would work with any MAPI compliant mail program. I can see that a Lotus Notes user is having the same issue.
I can get it to work if I have both Outlook and GroupWise clients installed and have Outlook use the GroupWise transport to send but that not a very practical solution. I know that the Scheduler uses the task manager.

Since Jet Reports is an Excel Add-in it leverages the power of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook. I apologize if you were given incorrect information. Jet Reports currently requires Outlook to email reports using the Scheduler or AutoPilot.
