Good morning,
Is there a standard EEO report that I could use, even if I have to modify it a bit? Our system is Navision.

  EEO? I assume federal Equal Employment Oppurtunity reporting.
  
  We are using Nav 5.1 with Serenic Payroll and Advanced HR. We run our EEO reports off of "Employee" Table fields. Are you using the "EEO Job Class" field? We also have additional demographic reporting too. So, I would look at your employee card fields and the federal report.
  
  NAV also has the following report that you could run.
