Using NL Rows and Columns with Excel cell ranges

Hi there all.

I'm trying to use some Excel ranges as the basis for Rows and Columns replication.

Basically I have set some regions, and then defining some Sales Reps and assigning them to a region.

I've attached a sheet with my config table, how I intend it to be displayed, along with the Jet forulas which are not working correctly - i.e. it is showing all reps for each region, rather than just the specified ones.

I know I could work around it, but I would like to only have the remainder of the report coded once.
