How do I get the Jet G/L Budget Import Tool to work ? Where do I get the granule 14.086.200 ?

  The granule does not exist.
  
  If you login to the support site and submit a ticket, you can request that they change the form number to something in your license range. Usually this is a form number in the 50000 range of number.
