Seems very long (255 char). Altough it should be fine (255 being the limit), it could be the problem.
Otherwise, and this is more probable, your formula (E14) just returns over 655536 (2^16) rows.
The fix? well, there isn't one really.
What you can do is split them up over serveral sheets (by country for example…).
