I'm getting an error when trying to use a Navision calcfield from the Item table & other tables. This is happening on all but one PC.
Is there something in Jet setup that could be wrong? We've checked the Navision & Jet versions.
I'm on NAV 5.0 & Jet 7.1.2 & Excel 2003 SP3

Jet Reports Historic Posts Official comment Gary,
You didn't state what the error message what, but I'm going to guess that you don't have the correct version of C/Front installed for the version of Navision. -
Jet Reports Historic Posts C/Front version was the first thing Jet support had me check.
The error is: Navision Calcfield failed. It is possible that a required key is missing from the underlying table.
However, I am able to run the report on my PC but not on other PCs. -

Well, the report might run on your PC but not on the other ones.
Are you using the same DataSource on all other PCs? Are you on SQL? Or native? TerminalServer involved?
I have the same problem. Native working fine, SQL not. I'm running in a cicle since days. -
Jet Reports Historic Posts Can you post the complete error message?
Also what version (and build) of NAV and C/Front you are using on the computers that don't work? -
Jet Reports Historic Posts I had a similar problem.
Installing a more recent version of Jet fixed mine.
I'm on Build 1830 at the moment -
Jet Reports Historic Posts I have the same problem.
We have upgraded our Navision to 5.1 and whenever I run a report I get VALUE in results and the error reported above.
Any help please
Using version 7.1.2 Build 1830 -
Jet Reports Historic Posts This error message is almost always caused by an incorrect version and build of C/Front. Please check that the cfront.dll file and fin.exe versions match on your computer.
