Dear Sir/madam,
After i installed Jet Report, and click add-in in Excel to active Jet report; but the pull down menu is disappeared, what happen to it?? How can i solve it?

Jet Reports Historic Posts Can you see the Jet toolbar?
You might need to re-activate the product - with Excel closed, select the 'Activate' option from the "Jet Report" Start Menu folder.
If that doesn't work, In Excel, go to 'Add-ons' on the 'Tools' menu and if Jet is present but unselected, select it. If its selected, remove the select and press Ok. Go back in and put the tick back.
