Could anyone tell me if the size of the Jet report has any affect on Navision - are there any performance issues to consider at all?
I am fairly new to Jet and have a customer who has this question. Many Thanks.

Jet Reports Historic Posts We have generally found no performance loss in Navision as a result of Jet. We have some found the opposite true in some instances though - a Jet report running slow / erroring out due to Navision use/activity.

Jet Reports Historic Posts With my previous employer with Jet 7 we experienced some loss in Navision performance when running a Jet stock report against the 160 GB native database during the booking of invoices by the finance department.
I always got an angry telephone when running the report on monday morning :P -
Jet Reports Historic Posts It depends on what version and database type of NAV you are working I guess. If I want to, I can overload the database with a single Jet formula using filters for which no proper key exists. So I would say yes.
