adding additional info to GL table

i need to add originating master name, description, je # & transx date to my existing GL spreadsheet. It is also currently linked to another excel page to reference a mapping data.

I've tried GL20000 with filter of orginating master name? I'm lost. this is my first jet.

also- -do the support for jet usually leave call back numbers, she was very quick to respond but as I was in a meeting I was away from desk. No phone number left to call back. Now I'm waiting on a second help ticket.
