Does anyone have some advice for the below ?
Background :
Jetreports 7.0 loaded on our Terminal Servers (2 nodes, NLB Setup)
Navision 5.0 loaded on our production environment with 1Gig connecting TS and DB Servers
DB Server - SQL 2005 SP3 install is approx 1 Month old
User Profiles set to "Roaming" are stored on a 3rd server.
Users are opening the xls files from our Sharepoint site
The Problem :
Affected user can use Navision without any issues and has been using Jetreports for a while before the issue came up..
When running the report it takes up to 11 minutes where it should take approx 10 seconds..
After removing her profile, restarting the server she could run the reports for a while without any problems.
The account was cloned and permissions copies to the new account..
When using the cloned account there is no issues whatsoever, reports constantly running faster that 15 seconds
Logging in on the TS with her account and test account simultaneously from the same Workstation still The affected user's reporting is still 100% Slower
Can Anyone shed some light on this subject or steer me in the right direction ?
