Conditional Formatting with Jet?

Is there a way to utilize conditional formatting within Jet Reports? When I say this what I mean, is if I have a report utilizing =NL("rows") is there a way to highlight a portion of the row based on either the value of a single cell in the row, or the lack of a returned value?

The case in question, is we written a report that will return all of our items, along with the Vendor No., Vendor Name, Phone No., and Contact Name. Some Items do not yet have entries for Vendors, as some items are not purchased, but supplied by customers. I would like to highlight only those rows to indicate that they are different, or need attention. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for the thoughts.
