Jet Activator Error and Automation Error

Dear Concerned,

Please find the attachments for the errors occuring when activating Jet Reports (Error-2) and when open the Excel and select jet menu(Error-1).

please suggest me to overcome the error

I am using the following

Jet Version: V9.1.9338.0
Ms-Excel : 2003
Database : MS-SQL Server
