Print Settings in Jet

I am new to the forum so forigve me if this is an amateur question or if it has been asked already. I am wondering if there is a way to design a report with page breaks as part of the design rather than needing to manually apply page breaks in viewer mode. I have a report grouped by dimension and I want each department to to print onto separate pages so they can be e-mailed or printed and scanned separately. Anyone have any advice? Thanks.
