Jet Scheduler

Hi,

How do you use the scheduler in the most efficient way?
I encounter the problem that when I schedule a report to run on an windows user account that is not logged in on the Terminal Server where NAV runs, the report can't be run. I've read the support-site and saw that there is a solution, but it still doesn't work the way it should.
How do you do it? Do you create an extra user account that is never logged out to schedule reports or do you use other ways to have reports run by night?
