I'm using a debtors report from the forum. However, the the date cell doesn't seem to work in the Options tab in Viewer Mode in that if a viewer changes the date in cell C8 and refreshes the report the date in cell C8 reverts back to the previous date. It only works when a Designer goes into Design Mode and changes the date and then refreshes the report. Therefore, this report can only be updated accurately by the Designer, which is a problem when Viewers need to access this report daily.
I've had this problem in other reports which I've resolved by using Posting Date filter instead of Date Filter but that's not an option for this report.
I've attached the report.
Any ideas anyone?

I think there's something of a disconnect here. I'm looking at your report and cell C8 is not being used on the report sheet at all. In fact, the only option values used on the report sheet are those in C3 and C4. I'm failing to see how changing the value in C8 does anything for either designers or viewers. Furthermore, there appear to be a bunch of values calculated in C11 - C17 on the Options sheet that are not being used anywhere on the report either.
So is your question something to do with Designers vs. Viewers and viewers being unable to change the value or is it something to do with how you can utilize today's date in the report itself and where you should be filtering by that value?
