Hi guys,
I hope someone could help me on this. I just installed jet Reports 2009 on a Windows Server 2000 machine with Excel 2003 installed. I have followed the instructions from this link: http://www.jetreports.com/ca/doc/license-install.php#2009on2003
However for some reason, it seems to treat my installation to be dedicated for Navision instead of Great Plains. Data Source Settings window shows Navision Client folder under General. And below the screen it is saying "You are not licensed for this data source." Furthermore, when I check the JetReports folder under Program Files, it doesn't have the Great Plains folder where I was hoping to find the GPUpdateUtility file.
Anyone who can help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Regards,
Cristina

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi Christina,
The default data source created when you first install Jet Reports is a Navision data source. You just need to add another data source and make the type Great Plains. Then you can delete that default Navision data source and you should be good. The file you are looking for in the Jet Reports program files to update your GP database with friendly names, etc. is called "Jet GP Updater.exe" now. Does that help?
