I'm having an issue with an expense report my institution distributes monthly. This JetReport separates a large number of projects by tab in Excel, and each tab consists of 1 summary page of expenses by for the month with a subsequent page(s) listing each expense posted to the G/L within the month using an =nl("rows" function.
The issue is that there are a number of projects for which we run these reports that have no expenses in a given month, and we only need to print and distribute the first summary page. However, even if I hide all of the rows that come after the page break between the summary page and the empty detailed expenses page, a second page still prints.
Outside of manually selecting the option to print just page 1 in Excel, is there any way to prevent the printing of a second page if all rows are hidden/there are no expenses for the month? We're using Navision 5.00 and JetReports 10.1.1.
Many thanks!
Jessica
