With multiple designers and multiple viewers, what is the best practice to make sure everyone runs same version of excel report? Thanks.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Most of our customer manage their reports from SharePoint with versioning, and include the version in the Excel file propery Status.
So when someone goes and modify the report they Check-out > Modify > Change Property status + 1 > Check-in.
