Hi,
I am having a report which have 10 sheets. Previously, when using Jet2009, it take 5-7mins to run the report.
After my IT upgrade to Jet 2012, I cannot get the report run complete.
It always taking time when the jet report Current Activity is Auto hiding Rows, Columns, and Sheets. I wait for 40mins, and nothing happen, so I have to abort it. The report now taking 7mins to expanding the row in whole sheet.
Now, my IT have downgrade to Jet 2009, but still having the same issue.
Any idea how to solve the issue?

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi,
Did you upgrade Excel or anything else at the same time you upgraded Jet? The report file itself could be corrupt or you could be having problems running in "compatibility mode" (running a .xls file in Excel 2007 or 2010 instead of using a native .xlsx file). Anyway, I'm not sure how much we will be able to help you on this forum; the forum is more about questions related to using Jet. You may want to create a ticket with Jet Support if you can't figure it out.
