Hi everyone.
I have installed jet reports and have been working fine. Today some users when try to open jet reports have shown this error below.
Jet Could not be automatically activated for the following reason:
Unable to set the installed property of the AddIn Class
Manual activation is required.
I have tried to repair installation.
deactivated and activated and Nothing.
Please could you help me?

You're being prompted to manually load the add-in to Excel. As to why it isn't working automatically I'm not sure, but hopefully the above will help.
