###'s in .pdf file generated by scheduler

I'm running Rising/Falling Stars sales report, that I got from this website, via the scheduler to .pdf files and getting "####### ######"'s in some cells. See the attached example.

When I run the report in Excel (not using the scheduler) the data is displayed perfectly.

I can also run it in Excel without the scheduler and print to a .pdf file with no problem. I use CutePDF Writer.

It seems to have something to do with the use of "fit" or "show" in the first row in design mode. Also, there are some columns with "fit" in the first row and "Min width —-" in the second row. Can't seem to get consistency when I make changes.

Would love to have an answer to this one so I can automate the report and let it go!
