Update Week per Week Dashboard without recalculating former

Dear all,

My dash board is as follow

Columns are Year/Week.
Rows are Category of Orders.

For each week / category, I count the number of order and sum the amount of those orders.

I want the report to be updated only for the current week when I open it (or generate it) as the other weeks are supposed to be stable.

What are the possibilities to stop the calculation for previous weeks ?

  You can't only calculate half of a worksheet. You could add +Values to cell A1 and then run the report and save it in report mode. Then it would not be calculated at all when you first opened the file. It would only recalculate when you did Jet -> Report or Jet -> Refresh. However, when you run the report it is always going to calculate the entire workbook.

  Is there any possibility of freezing last week's data by copying and pasting values in a column and use that column as USER DATA the next time round? Just thinking?
