This forum is more about how to use Jet than about solving problems like this. The best thing to do in this case is to create a support ticket on the Jet Reports Support site. They should be able to help you with whatever is going on.

Jet Reports Historic Posts My Jet ribbon is not loading in Excel 2010, when I open a spreadsheet through windows explorer but will if I open an instance of excel first and then browse for a file.
Does anyone know why and how I can fix this?
