=NL("Rows") only returns first value

Hi all,

I am trying to create a table which uses the NL(Rows) and NF functions to bring back the rows/columns I want. My problem is that Jet seems to interpret my formula as only wanting to return the first result (in this case, a job with reference CSN-000001). I am currently using "Limit="10 just for speed of report (normally there will be 10,000+ results) but how do I get the formula to return all the rows I want and not just the first one 10 times over. I have attached a screenshot to show my formula and how JetReports is interpreting it.
