Creating Multiple Triggered Alerts

I just watched the "Trigger Based E-mail Alerts and Dynamic E-mail Text" tutorial and this is very close to what I want. However, I am trying to create a separate email to different people if criteria is met. I have a table setup with fields that populate based on the report so I'm wondering if there is a way in Jet scheduler to send an email for each line (i.e. an email, with the referenced fields, in the first row of the table, a new email with the second…)

The table that I have contains the following fields:

Email recipient…Subject…Body
