Hmm, I have never heard of anything like this. Jet does change the calculation mode to manual during a report run, but the only way I can imagine it would get stuck like that is if Excel crashed while running a report. I would create a ticket with Jet Reports Support to discuss the problem.

Jet Reports Historic Posts We have been using Jet Essentials 2013 for few months now.
It works well to most of our users, but we keep having problem with one specific user.
She is using Excel 2013 standard, but after we installed Jet Essentials 2013 to her pc, every time she restarts Excel, the "Workbook Calculation" changes back to "Manual".
We have checked if there is any other Excel session opens, before changing this setting.
We also checked if there is any macro/vba which changes this setting programmatically.
We re-installed office as well as the Jet Reports to no avail.
I am not sure this is anything to do with Jet Reports but when we uninstalled Jet Reports, it worked well.
