Hello all…
I am having problems getting the drill down capability to work with Jet 2012 and NAV 2013. When I try to drill down, it asks for my server. Once I enter that, it will open up NAV but, it doesn't go to the table. It just opens an instance of NAV. Shouldn't it open up the table? I'm using the Cronus database and a very basic report – I chose the Customer table and put the Cust No. and Balance (LCY) fields on my report. The balance appears but, when I drill down, shouldn't it show me the records that make up that balance? I've tried other 2013 databases and the same thing happens.
My boss needs to demo this at a trade show tomorrow. Any help would be appreciated. I've put a ticket into support but, have not heard back yet.
Thanks!

Jet Reports Historic Posts Never mind – the Jet support rep got back to me. I had to change some settings in the Drill Down section of the Data Source. Specifically, the Client Services Port needs to be one less number than the SOAP port. So, if SOAP is 7039, then Client Services Port would be 7038
