I have a Sales report that gets sent to all the Salespeople each week.
I use the batch autopilot and pull the salesperson email address from Nav. I also have to send the report to various other internal people which do not have an email address stored inside Nav, so I have manually type them in the list of the named batch. When running the report and emailing by outlook it works fine. However when i try and email using SMTP it will only send the emails to the salespeople (email addresses that were extracted from Nav using jet) and not to the ones i have manually typed. I have checked the report has ran successfully (a new copy of the report is saved in the output folder) and I have also tried entering the email addresses in speech marks (i.e. "email@jet.com").
Any suggestions/solutions to fix this as there are also other reports that i use the batch and manually enter email addresses (they too are having the same problem).
Thanks in advance.

Jet Reports Historic Posts That is odd that it works OK in Outlook but fails with SMTP since it seems Outlook typically causes more problems.
Having said that, I have heard instances where Antivirus software sometimes blocks access to SMTP ports.
Some AV software has a feature to ‘prevent mass mailing worms from sending emails’. You might want to check with your IT department on that and have them make an exception to allow autopilot.exe to allow access to those SMTP ports.
If that doesn't work, you should turn on logging in the scheduler before the scheduled task runs to see if you can see where it is failing.
