Hello,
I created a new project version which I'm no longer able to access. It pops up the following message:
An error occurred while loading a project from the database.
The project is locked by user rvieira on machine RRFIERPDB.
Do you want to take over this lock?
If I click "Yes", I get a Protection Error message showing:
Project is protected
Even trying to open the project with the user 'rvieira', I got the same error message.
I also tried to delete the project through the Repository Administration Tool, but I got the same error messages.
How do I get rid of this error?

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi Renata,
This issue generally comes up when a project was downloaded from the Cubestore with one activation code and then the Jet Data Manager was reactivated with a different activation code. When a project is downloaded it is tied to the activation code it was downloaded with, so if a different activation code is used the "project is protected" message will come up.
