I am getting error "Cannot find folder "\Jet Data Manager Server\LSFDataWarehouseTest\AX2009_dbo_ADDRESSZIPCODE_b59d40df-3175-42a0-9b8b-183dbba7d1db"." when I try to save SSIS packages on server
I am not even sure how to find ADO.NET scripts to check queries running behind incremental load settings on perticular table
Please help

Although this is a Jet Enterprise question, somehow it was originally posted in the Jet Essentials Shared Reports forum. It has now been moved under the Jet Enterprise forums.
While I am not a Jet Enterprise expert, I spoke with someone who is.
The best guess is that you haven’t setup a custom editor in the JDM. The link below details the process and may help. You will also need to create the SSIS package in visual studio (SQL Server Data Tools).
