Sinds Windows 10 and Office 2016 has been officially released my question is:
When will Jet be ready for Windows 10 and Office 2016 , or when is it planned for release??

Jet Reports performs a great deal of testing whenever a new supported product is released by a software vendor. The entire process can take up to three months (http://kb.jetreports.com/article/AA-01163)
The testing with WIndows 10 (released in late July) looks to have been completed a little early, with no issues found.
With this week's release of Microsoft Office 2016, a new round of rigorous testing is now starting. -

As of yet, Jet Reports has not completed testing for full functionality with Office 2016. Hence, Jet still does not support this Office version yet.
I would suggest waiting till the end of December to verify full support.
