How do we get access to a non Navision 7 user access to a Jet Report. Individual has Jet installed but cannot access the report?

Let me see if I understand your question. The user has Jet installed, however he or she cannot access a report?
Few questions to hopefully narrow down the scope of the issue:
What report is being accessed?
Where is this report stored?
How is this report being accessed?
When you say non Navision 7 user, are you indicating that the report data is from a Navision 7 database?
Does this user have their data source configured and connected?
Hopefully, this can get us started in a direction that can help the community assist you with what help you really need.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Jet is installed and configured on their PC. They can access the report but does not pull any data through to due to "NAB CREDITENTIALS NOT VALID"
I was told to change Authentication to a Nav user and this would allow a non Nav user access to run the report -

If the user is a non-Nav user, does that mean they have not added to Dynamics NAV as a user in your environment?
If that is the case, using the NAV User Password authentication poses a challenge as the user credentials would not be there to authenticate with.
