Option window with names and text

I remember that one time I created an option window where I changed the Title and Value into other text. unfortuanatly I can't find anymore how I did that.

Does anyone know how I can replace the names :"Title" and "Value" on the top of the report option window into other text?

  While it is not possible to change change the "Title" and "Value" headings, you can change the text displayed when you use the NL("Lookup") function, by using the "Headers=" filter.
