If I make a new dashboard , in JET DASHBOARD BUILDER and share this with the other users the view is totally different than what i have designed. I have attached an example. Some boxes are over others and I have to much space right and left, and the fonts are too small.

That certainly is a severe difference in look. I have experienced some of this myself. I've learned to use the entire dashboard canvas in the builder, that is, stretching visuals to the edges. I also design by saving then looking at it in the portal. This, obviously, is not ideal.
I would suggest submitting a ticket to Jet Support - https://jetsupport.jetreports.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. They may not be able to suggest much more than I have here, but Jet can get it logged as an issue.
