How to authorize user Jet web portal

I have installed jet complete with jet web portal.

But when I go to the jet web portal and try to login I get:

The current user is not authorized.

 

Where can I authorize the user to acces the web portal.

  Solved it.!

   

  We use a domain name with name.com
  I had to leave the .com and only use "name" as domain.
  Then I could login.

  I'm using the right domain , user and password but I keep getting the errror "The current user is not authorized" My goal is to allow viewer users access to Jet Web Portal. What am I doing wrong and how can I address it?

  Hi Jeff,

   

  Dit you also authorise the users in the Jet Administration console?

  You need to add the Active Directory account of the user and give it user rights.

  When we created it or where I can check this information?
