A GL Transactions Report was created and all users can refresh it accept myself and another colleague of mine. Why can the other users which have the same version of Jet Professional and same built number refresh the report

If you follow the instructions to troubleshoot this error message, what additional information do you find?
I never received any cells with a #Value, but I did receive the error and the pivot tables would not update. The name of the pivot table was the issue for me. I think it is a difference in how different versions of excel handle a space or special character in the table name. I had an NL Table Function with "TableName=","G/L Entry". Excel 2016 changed the table name to "G_L_Entry", but earlier versions of excel changed the table name to "GLEntry"
In the NL table function, I changed "TableName=","G/L Entry" to "TableName=","GLEntry" and this solved the problem for me.
