While opening execl i got this error

  This is actually a Microsoft Excel resource error being passed to and displayed by Jet Professional.
  Please take a look at the following steps to resolve this error.

  This error is generally caused by a problem with the user.config file in the local application data folder.
  With Windows 7-10, this can be found in:
  C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\Microsoft_Corporation\DefaultDomain_Path_{additional characters}\{version of MS Office}
  Or in some rare cases:
  C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft_Corporation\DefaultDomain_Path_{additional characters}\{version of MS Office}

  Disable the Jet Add-In, close Excel, delete the USER.CONFIG file(s), enable the Jet Add-In, re-start Excel.
