When I run reports from the Jet Web Portal and then print them, the font/scaling prints differently than when I run the reports from Excel. What's the trick to maintaining the formatting when printing from the web portal?

Harry Lewis Hello Yvonne -
According to Microsoft's Differences between using a workbook in the browser and in Excel:
... Some features may work differently than the desktop app. Cell and cell-range formatting and number formats display in a browser window similar to how they are displayed in Excel. Most, but not all, line borders are displayed in a browser window as they are displayed in Excel. Fonts are usually displayed using the same style and size in a browser as they are displayed in Excel...
(emphasis added)
You may have to make some adjustments to an Excel workbook (Jet report or otherwise) when printing from Excel online.

Yvonne Jury Hi Harry,
I'm actually downloading the report from the Web Portal and opening in Excel (not Excel online). When I print, it prints differently than when I run the Jet Report from Excel (not through the web portal). The font and the margins print smaller.

Harry Lewis Hi Yvonne -
That's very interesting; I've not seen that (of course, I rarely print out my reports).
You may want to run this by Technical Support. They may have an explanation or can explore further.
