We currently use Jet Reports to ease our day-to-day tasks as well as using it to make better business decisions.
Currently i have a normal PC (tower) that i use as a "server" to generate reports to myself and colleagues. It is turned on 24/7 in order to generate the reports using the Jet Scheduler.
Using a PC is probably not the best solution and i have problems with the PC as it is worned out and sometimes stop during the night (stopping scheduling of reports).
I need a new set-up and i assume some kind of server is the best solution as it to my knowledge is better at being turned on constantly. Is there anybody who can recommend me best practice with specifics on the hardware?
Any thoughts are welcome.
