How do I keep the yellow highlighted data and remove duplicates data in Red? My NL formula is =NL("Rows=0","Item Ledger Entry",,"Company=",$D$3,"+Location Code","*","Posting Date",$D$4,"Entry Type","Sale","Document Type","Sales Shipment","Link=","Item Category","Code","=Item Category Code","Parent Category","GRADE") where my mix code uses =NF(F12,"Item No."). 

My volume (M3) uses =NL("Sum","Item Ledger Entry","Quantity","Company=","Readymix Concrete (B) Sdn Bhd","Posting Date",$D$4,"Entry Type","Sale","Document Type","Sales Shipment","Item No.",J12)

  You would need to modify your rows function to put in the field you want to create a unique list of values of.  You are pulling back every entry so if there are multiple records with that mix code, you will get a line for each record.

  To create a unique list of values from a table, you need to supply the field of that value in your rows function.  You will probably need to do more updates to the report because your NF's will not work anymore.
