Hello, I want to produce a G/L report with budget amount and actual amount which can give the amount based on the project code in dimension value. I figured out in my G/L Account table does not segregate the amount based on project code. I've been thinking perhaps I need to link the G/L Account table with my Dimension Value table. But there is no data linked between those tables. In business central I can view the budget and actual amount extracted from G/L in analysis view and do filtering based on Project filter. How do I do that also in Jet? I want to customize the report further. Thank you.

BryanAtTigunia I will make a couple assumptions based on your question.
Assumption 1: Project code is not Global Dimension 1 or Global Dimension 2
Assumption 2: You already have an Analysis view set up with the required dimensions (based on your statement that you can extract "from G/L in analysis view and do filtering based on Project filter")In the GL function, you can pull balance/net change and budget values using an existing Analysis views. In the GL function, select your Analysis view from the Analysis View parameter. This will enable you to filter on the dimensions in the analysis view.
